Submission Guidelines

Follow the guidelines and submit your abstract for potential publication in Acta Europeana Systemica (AES), Springer Series, and Systems Research and Behavioral Science (SRBS) Special Issues.

Abstract submission for the conference will be open from April 1, 2025 to April 30, 2025.

Abstract Structure

Each abstract should follow the IMRaD structure (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion)

1. Title (Max 15 words)

  • Concise and informative
  • Avoid abbreviations and acronyms

2. Author(s) Information

  • Full name(s) of the author(s)
  • Affiliation(s) (Institution, Department, Country)
  • Corresponding author’s email

3. Abstract Content (250-350 words)

  • Background & Objective: Briefly state the research problem and objective.
  • Methods: Summarize the methodology used.
  • Results: Present key findings (if available).
  • Conclusions & Implications: Highlight the impact and relevance of the research.

4. Keywords (3-5 keywords)

  • Choose relevant and searchable terms.

5. Select a Topic

Submission Portal

Log in the UES 2025 conference submission portal provided by Microsoft : Submission Portal.

Register on CMT and check "UES2025" in the Conference List.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
