The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Full Paper Submission Guidelines

Authors whose abstracts have been accepted are invited to submit full papers for publication in the Springer Computer Science Proceedings (LNCS series) or Systems Research and Behavioral Science (SRBS) Special Issues.

Please follow the instructions below to ensure your paper is eligible for peer-reviewed publication and presentation at the SBE25 Conference.

Structure and Requirements

1. Title

Max 15 words
Clear and informative
Avoid abbreviations and acronyms

2. Author(s) Information

Full names of all authors
Institutional affiliations (Department, Institution, Country)
ORCID identifiers (optional but recommended)
Corresponding author's email (mandatory)

3. Abstract (150–250 words)

Summarize the objective, methods, results, and significance
No footnotes or references allowed

4. Keywords (3–5 keywords)

Relevant and searchable terms

5. Main Text Must follow the IMRaD structure:

1. Introduction
2. Methods
3. Results
4. Discussion
5. Conclusions
6. Acknowledgments (optional)
7. References (using Springer MathPhySci style; include DOIs if possible)

6. Figures and Tables

Editable vector graphics preferred
Captions below figures, above tables
All figures and tables must be referenced in the text

7. Length and Format

Full papers: 12–15+ pages, including references
